Burgos began his career as a New York eveningwear designer, where his talents in aesthetics and style found their home. Over time, his creative instincts and growing passion for hospitality inspired a shift toward event design, leading him to collaborate with French chef Christophe Barbier to create unforgettable event experiences. After nearly a decade of hands-on experience in upscale catering, event design, and production across New York City, he launched his own boutique catering company.

His creative vision and sophisticated design quickly earned him recognition in the city events scene. With the foundation in fine dining and partnerships and top catering venues, his talents and expertise have built a strong reputation and played a key role in his continued success. His menus—known for his bold flavors and refined presentation— have been widely praised and are a signature element of his celebrated events.
